I can admit, with a mix of pride and only slight embarrassment, that I am a golf polo shirt-wearing fiend, and I DON’T play golf (at least, not competently). I’ve just learned over the years, that the golf polo is one of the rare comfortable casual shirts that doesn’t look out of place in dressier settings. A well-crafted golf polo shirt is as comfortable as it is good-looking, even when untucked. I wasn’t disappointed when it arrived, and the gray is the right shade to pair with jeans or black dress slacks. It looks great, wears comfortably, and I noticed that if I removed it quickly from the dryer, it needed no ironing!

In the photo is a 6' 2" tall man weighing approximately 275 lbs wearing a XXL in blue gray. The shirt fits as expected, he would have liked it slightly longer. The fabric is soft and breathable but heavy enough to flow over the chest and belly without accentuating all the extra curves. The color is a great indistinct blue gray that is perfect in casual professional environments. The fit is comfortable around the arms and stretchy and loose enough around the chest and belly to allow easy movement. My spouse really likes his new shirt.

I bought this for myself because I really like golf shirts! This is a high quality shirt! It is a cotton/polyester mix, and is really soft. I don’t like heavy shirts because that means it is going to be hot. This is a medium- to lightweight shirt. It isn’t a moisture wicking thin shirt, though. It has some weight to it, but it breathes so it can keep you cool. It is very comfortable to wear. The double layer placket gives it a nicer look, but I find it more difficult to close the buttons. The split hem gives it a nice drape so it falls better on my hips. I also like that it can be washed in warm water. Anyone who orders this shirt is going to love it. It would make a great gift, too. The one slightly confusing thing is that it comes in a package with a tent on it. My husband thought I ordered a tent (although a small one!).
