This a great pair of shorts for working out, for wearing on hot days, or for wearing around the house. They are very lightweight making them exceptionally comfortable. The sizing dimensions are good and make the legs neither too long nor too short. One thing I really like is the pockets on both sides with a zipper. That is a huge necessity for workout shorts, yet so few companies give you the zipper.
I enjoy wearing these for everyday, around the house wear. They are so lightweight it feels liberating! But they seem to be decent quality overall. I am pleased with them and recommend as an inexpensive pair of shorts for running, walking, or working out. Great for yoga too!
Very comfortable and well made shorts for working out in and for just wearing around. I like the cut of these shorts a lot - they are not shorty shorts like for running and they aren't like basketball shorts all the way down to the knee. These are a nice length, just above the knee, that I like for working out, playing sports or other exercise. It's a comfortable, loose fit as well so there is lots of breathing room. The material is nice and soft but still feels durable. I like that it is made from dry fit nylon so it will dry quickly after working out or washing. It's nice to have dry fit shorts so you can continue wearing them if you are sitting around after a work out. Nice shade of blue as well.

Great for fitness running
These shorts by NORTHYARD are great gym shorts and are nice enough to wear around casually. They fit well and have ventilation holes along the back panel and a few larger holes on the left side near the logo. The length hits me about two inches above the knee.
The two front pockets are plenty large for a big cellphone and have zippers to keep your items secure. There is a drawstring on the inside, but no inner liner. The polyester material is a nice weight and feels like it will last a long time. I like how the front logo and the little triangles on the bottom on the back are reflectors for times I am out running after daylight.
