My arm length (from neck) is about 31 inches. Chest is about 32. Size S fit well for me. The measurements listed (at least for S) were pretty spot on.Shirt is also stretchy and comfortable to wear. Design overall looks a bit more distinct compared to other plain exercise shirts—so I like it.
